• Earned the team's Rookie-of-the-Year Award.
• Played in all 25 matches in which she was healthy, starting 21
• Missed eight matches at the end of the season after an emergency appendectomy
• Returned for the Tigers' match against Utah in the second round of the NCAA Tournament and recorded two kills and four block assists
• Had 111 kills and hit at a .258 clip, while ranking third on the team with 83 total blocks in her first collegiate season
• Came off the bench in her first match but played in two sets to record the first kill and block of her career against Syracuse in the Big Orange Bash
• Played in five more sets during the tournament and recorded another kill and 11 total blocks
• Had 10 of the 11 blocks against Florida International on Aug. 30, which was a top-five mark for a Clemson freshman in a single match
• Earned the starting assignment the following weekend at the UNI Invitational; responded with 12 kills and nine total blocks in the three-match tournament
• Match against Northern Illinois at the event was one of her best from a hitting standpoint with seven kills in 12 attempts without an error for a .583 hitting percentage
• Had 11 kills and 11 total blocks against Winthrop, South Carolina and the College of Charleston combined at the Carolina Challenge over the Sept. 12-13 weekend
• Recorded 13 kills with a .476 hitting percentage in a pair of matches against Florida A&M; also posted nine blocks versus the Rattlers
• Saw significantly more swings in the first conference weekend with 56 combined attempts at Virginia Tech and Virginia; had 18 kills with 12 blocks in the two matches
• The 10 kills and 10 block assists against the Cavaliers were season-highs
• Had an impressive offensive night against Miami on Oct. 3 with eight kills in 12 attempts without an error for her season-best .667 hitting percentage
• Was consistent over the next two weekends, averaging five kills and nearly two blocks in 13 sets
• Did not record an error at either Boston College or Maryland
• Totaled seven blocks at NC State in just three sets on Oct. 25
• Had five block assists in a three-set match against Virginia on Nov. 1, which was her last full match of the year
• Gained valuable experience over the summer by participating on a USA/Bring It Promotions Development Team
• Was one of 12 American collegiate players that competed against teams from eight different countries at the Global Challenge in Pula, Croatia in July.

• Four-sport athlete at West Hendersonville (NC) High School.
• Earned two letters in track and field, two in volleyball, two in swimming and two in basketball over her high school career.
• Named all-conference in volleyball in 2006 and 2007 and to the all-area team in those years as well.
• Led volleyball team to a 26-1 record in 2006 and the finals of the state championships.
• North Carolina State Champion in the 400m in 2006.
• Was an all-area and all-conference selection in track and field in 2005 and 2006.
• Also named to the all-conference swimming team in 2004-05 and 2005-06.
• Father Bill played basketball for Wake Forest from 1958-1961 and was a member of the first Deac team to win an ACC Championship.
