BATON ROUGE, LA - The Clemson women's track and field team is tied for 12th at the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championships entering the final day of competition. The Lady Tigers will compete in the triple jump and shot put on Saturday.

Jamine Moton, the 2002 NCAA National Champion in the hammer throw, will compete in the trials and finals of the shot put on Saturday afternoon. Teammates Gisele Oliveira and Sheri Smith will compete in the trials and finals of the triple jump. Smith was a 2002 Indoor All-American in the triple jump, finishing seventh.
