Greensboro, NC - The Clemson women's track & field team concluded the 2006 season Saturday after competing in the NCAA East Region Championships at the Irwin Belk Track Facility on the North Carolina A&T campus.

The 4x400m relay team of Randi Hinton, Sierra Hill, Ope Sobanjo, and Tia Perry placed third in the first flight and 15th overall. The team ran a season-best at 3:41.67.

A pair of Lady Tigers competed in the triple jump on Saturday. Michelle Rogers finished fourth in her flight and recorded a leap of 39'2.25". Renata Miyamoto hit a mark of 38'2" to wrap up Clemson's competition in that event.

Della Clark placed 14th overall in the hammer throw after a toss of 176'5". Rochelle Kokayko, a freshman from British Columbia, recorded a mark of 163'9" in her first trip to the NCAA East Region Championships.
