Senior Joana Costa cleared 12'0" in the pole vault to place fifth at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

ATLANTA, GA - On the first day of Clemson's competition at the Georgia Tech Invitational, Lady Tiger Joana Costa cleared 12'0" to place fifth in the pole vault. The senior from Sao Paolo, Brazil, has cleared at least 12'0" in seven meets this season, including a personal-best 12'10" effort at the Penn Relays. The Lady Tigers' competition at the Georgia Tech Invitational continues on Saturday with the high jump, triple jump, discus throw, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, 100m dash, 200m dash, 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles.
