Atlanta, GA - The Clemson women's track & field team competed over the weekend at the Georgia Tech Invitational at the George C. Griffin outdoor complex. Three student-athletes posted regional-qualifying marks at the meet.

Polly Hardy finished fourth in the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.60 on Saturday. She ran a 13.64 in the prelims on Friday evening. She helped the 4x100m relay team to a time of 46.41 and a fourth-place showing in the second section.

Della Clark was runner-up in the hammer throw Friday afternoon after her best effort of the season. The All-ACC thrower posted another regional-qualifying mark with a toss of 190'4". The mark is also best on the team this season. Rochelle Kokayko was fourth in the hammer with a throw of 175'5".

Bethanie Wachna placed her name on the Lady Tigers' regional qualifier list for the first time in her career. The freshman from Canada had a throw of 142'7" and finished second in the javelin. Liane Weber (132'2") was fourth.

Linda Buchholz was second in her flight in the long jump with a mark of 18'3.75".

The Lady Tigers return to action May 25-26 for the East Region Championships in Gainesville, FL.
