Philadelphia, PA - The Clemson women's track & field team concluded competition at Franklin Field on Thursday in day one of the 112th annual Penn Relays. The Lady Tigers competed in six events. Della Clark posted her fourth regional-qualifying mark of the season in the hammer throw.

The 4x100m relay team of Renata Miyamoto, Randi Hinton, Sierra Hill, and Polly Hardy finished fourth in their heat and 44th overall out of 78 teams entered. The squad put together a time of 48.02 seconds. Hill also competed in the 400m hurdles and her time of 1:02.19 ranked 39th overall. Tia Perry also competed in the intermediate hurdles and posted a time of 1:04.26.

Allison Bradshaw competed in the shot put for Clemson and recorded a toss of 40'11.5", which tied for 20th on the afternoon. Krystal Woods was 14th in the discus throw with a mark of 146'2", while Clark's hammer throw effort was good enough for 10th at 178'8".

The team returns to action for day two at the Penn Relays on Friday morning.
