Clemson Highlights
2005-06
Outdoor: Helped 4x400m relay team to a time of 3:41.81, a regional qualifying mark, at the Aggie Last Chance Meet...second time in her career she helped Clemson's 4x400m team qualify for regionals...that squad ran a 3:42.56 at the ACC Championships...posted a solid time of 1:01.89 at the conference meet in the 400m hurdles. Indoor: Competed in the 400m and 60m high hurdles at the ACC Championships...ran an 8.77 in the hurdles at that event...also competed in the long jump at that meet.
2004-2005:
Outdoor: Ran final leg of Clemson's ACC Champion 4x400m relay team...earned All-ACC honors as part of the 1600m team...participated in the NCAA East Region Championship, where the relay team recorded a season-best time of 3:39.09...also ran with the 4x200m relay team at selected events...best time was a 1:37.39 at the Penn Relays...a terrific athlete, she earned 4,307 points at the ACC Championships in the heptathlon...finished 10th in that competition...ran a 2:35.21 in the 800m as part of the heptathlon...ran the 200m in 25.17, her season-best effort, as part of the heptathlon...also ran the 100m hurdles for Clemson...best time was a 14.52 at the ACC Championships in the heptathlon...recorded the third-best long jump on the team with a mark of 18'3" at the Solid Orange Classic, finishing fourth in that event. Indoor: Top finisher at the ACC Championships in the pentathlon for Clemson...she totaled 3,008 points and finished in a tie for 13th...clocked a 9.07 in the 60m hurdles as part of the event...ran with the 4x400m relay team at the ACC Championships that earned a provisional NCAA qualifying mark with a time of 3:41.02...competed in the distance medley relay at the Clemson Invitational and helped team to a time of 11:56.49.
Riverdale High School Highlights
Four-time high school MVP...county and region MVP...three-time Atlanta Journal Constitution Athlete of the Year...captain of the track and volleyball teams, earning four varsity letters in each sport...helped lead team to 5A state championships in 2004...won the 300m hurdles state title in 2004 after placing third in 2003...three-time 400m state champion (2002-04)...High School All-American in the 400m...member of state championship 4x400m relay team...scored 30 of Riverdale's 47 points to lead team to its first state championship in 2004...holds seven school records and three county records...personal bests include 24.8 in the 200m, 54.7 in the 400m, 14.7 in the 100m hurdles, 43.3 in the 300m hurdles and 18'6" in the long jump.
