PACIFIC PALISADES, CA - Clemson women's tennis player Ani Mijacika advanced to the second round of the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships on Thursday. The Tiger junior defeated qualifier Julie Cohen of Miami by a 6-3, 6-1 margin in the round of 32 at the Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades. With the win, Mijacika improved to 7-0 for the 2008 fall season. She will take on Georgia Tech's Irina Falconi on Friday at 2:00 pm (Eastern) with the quarterfinals scheduled to be played on Friday as well.
