ORLANDO, FL - The Clemson women's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision to Wake Forest in the second round of the ACC Tournament on Friday afternoon at the Lake Cane Tennis Center in Orlando, FL.

At number one doubles, Clemson's Anna Savitskaya and Milena Stanoycheva lost an 8-0 decision to Bea Bielik and Janet Bergman. Wake Forest's Maren Haus and Aimee Smith defeated Ana Stiglic and Christina Oldock 8-1 at two doubles.

In singles, Clemson's top-seeded Anna Savitskaya lost to Bea Bielik, 6-1, 6-0, and the Deacs' Janet Bergman defeated second-seeded Christina Oldock 7-5, 6-2. At number four singles, Clemson's Ana Stiglic fell to Jackie Houston of Wake Forest, 6-0, 6-2.

The Demon Deacons improve to 15-7 on the season, while the Tigers fall to 9-14. Wake Forest advances to the semi-finals of the tournament to take on the winner of North Carolina vs. Virginia on Saturday at 1 PM.
