Lady Tigers play hard fought game against number 12 Blue Devils.

DURHAM, N.C. - Sara Pickens scored in the 85th minute to lead 12th-ranked Duke to an 1-0 win over second-ranked Clemson in a women's Atlantic Coast Conference soccer match at Durham, NC Saturday night.

With the win, Duke improves to 10-2 overall, 4-1 in the ACC. Clemson falls to 12-1 overall, 3-1 in league play.

Duke's Susan Kraeger lofted a cross into the box which was settled by Pickens, who went around a Clemson defender and then beat goalkeeper Katie Carson with a near post shot. The goal was Picken's team-leading seventh of the year.
