2008-09 Highlights: Spent both the fall and spring seasons with the Varsity 8+...finished first at the Head of the Welland...placed 11th out of 38 teams at the Head of the Charles...placed first with the Varsity 8+ and the Varsity 4+ and second with the Open 2- at the Head of the Hooch...rowed in the seven seat in a sweep of Alabama, Marist, and Penn...also rowed in the seven seat in a sweep of Indiana, Marist and Purdue and earned ACC Crew of the Week honors for the outstanding performance...was also the seven seat at the Pac-10 Challenge...rowed in the five seat in wins against Tennessee and Central Florida at the Virginia Invitational...earned ACC Crew of the Week honors for a second time on April 14...rowed in the five seat in a winning effort at the ACC Championships...member of the ACC Crew of the Year...named to the All-ACC team...part of Clemson's first ACC Championship in program history...five seat at the Aramark South/Central Sprints where the Varsity 8+ finished fifth in the grand finals...competed at the NCAA Rowing Championships for the second consecutive season...rowed in the five seat with the Varsity 8+ crew which finished 12th overall...her Varsity 8+ crew finished the season ranked #12 in the country, the highest final ranking in program history...named a National Scholar Athlete by the CRCA...selected as the ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for rowing...named to the ACC All-Academic rowing team...also a member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll...named to the President's list for both the fall and spring semesters...recipient of the Blue Key Academic and Leadership award, given to a student in each of the five colleges who has distinguished themselves in terms of academic scholarship and campus leadership...competed with the 4x crew at the U23 World Championships in Racice, Czech Republic and finished in ninth place...two-time member of the U23 national team. 2007-08 Highlights: Spent the entire spring with the Varsity 8+ including wins over Michigan State, Boston College, Ithaca, Purdue, Penn, Indiana, and Cornell...rowed in the bow seat at the San Diego Crew Classic where the Varsity 8+ finished first in the petite finals...was the two seat for the ACC Championships...bow seat for the Aramark South/Central Sprints where the Varsity 8+ defeated ranked crews from Tennessee, Ohio State, and Minnesota finished fourth in the grand finals...member of the first crew to advance to the NCAA Rowing Championships in school history...finished fourteenth overall at NCAA's... member of ACC Crew of the Week for the week of March 19...helped lead crew to a #12 ranking in the USRowing/CRCA Women's Rowing poll during the season, which ties for the highest ranking in school history...named a National Scholar Athlete by the CRCA...member of the Academic All-ACC team...made the honor roll for both the fall and spring semesters...was a member of the Women's 4- crew that came in fourth at the U23 World Championships in Brandenburg, Germany. 2006-07 Highlights: Named MVP of the novice team...stroked with the Novice 8+ during the spring season...placed first in the petite finals at the Aramark South/Central Sprints. Mauldin High School Highlights: Helped lead cross country team to state championships in 2000 and 2005...team was also Region Champs in 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2005...named All-State in 2000...named All-Region in 2000, 2002, and 2003...earned team MVP honors in 2002...helped lead soccer team to Upper State Championships in 2003 and 2004...soccer team also won Regional Championships in 2003, 2004, and 2005...earned five varsity letters in cross country and four in soccer.
