Clemson Rowing Hosts Central Florida for a Dual Regatta on Tuesday

The Tigers host the University of Central Florida this Tuesday in a dual regatta on Lake Hartwell. The rowing team plans to use this post ACC Championship competition as preparation for the upcoming Lexus Central/South Regional Regatta. Tomorrow's event will kick off at 9am with the Varsity 8+.

There will be a total of four races on Tuesday with 20 minute intervals between each event. The Varsity 8+, Second Varsity 8+, Novice 8+, and Varsity 4+ will all compete against the Golden Knights on the 2000 meter course.

Central Florida women's lightweight 8+ rowing team received a No.7 ranking in the latest USRowing National Collegiate Lightweight 8+ poll that was released on April 21. This will be the first time the two teams have faced each other in competition this season. Last time on the water, the Tigers took third in the ACC Championships.

9:00 a.m. Varsity 8+
9:20 a.m. 2nd Varsity 8+
9:40 a.m. Novice 8+
10:00 a.m. Varsity 4+
