CLEMSON, SC - The Clemson women's basketball program will play the 1,000th game in its history on Saturday night as the Lady Tigers (10-18, 3-10 ACC) wrap up the 2007-08 season at Florida State. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 pm from the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, FL.

The game will be video streamed on ACCSelect.com, while the Clemson Tiger Sports Network will broadcast the action on the airwaves. Ed Jenson will call the play-by-play while Kanetra Queen will provide color commentary. Fans can also follow the game via livestats by accessing www.clemsontigers.com.

In three career games against the Seminoles, Clemson sophomore Lele Hardy is averaging 9.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals and recorded a double-double when the two teams met in January.

Scouting the Seminoles
Florida State enters the final game of the 2007-08 regular season in fifth place in the ACC standings with a 17-11 overall record and a 7-6 mark against conference competition. After falling in overtime at Maryland on Feb. 24, the team responded with a one-point victory over Miami on Thursday night.

Tanae Davis-Cain leads the Seminoles in the scoring column with 15.3 points per game, while Mara Freshour and Jacinta Monroe are also averaging in double figures. Freshour has drained 50 three-pointers this season for a .410 shooting percentage from long range that is third-best in the ACC. Meanwhile, Monroe is converting 61.1-percent of her shots in the post and pulling down a team-best 6.1 rebounds per game. Monroe has also blocked 69 shots this season.

As a team, Florida State is scoring just under 70 points per game while holding opponent to just 39.6-percent shooting.

Nine Clemson players saw action against the Seminoles earlier this season, while five have played in multiple games versus Florida State over their careers:

* Christy Brown - averaging 7.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals in three career games.
* Morganne Campbell - averaging 5.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in three games against the Seminoles.
* Moreemi Davis - in five career games, owns averages of 4.4 points and 4.2 rebounds.
* Lele Hardy - recorded a double-double in earlier match up this season; overall, averaging 9.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals against Florida State.
* Whitney Hood - Scored seven points and recorded a blocked shot in January game against the Seminoles.
* D'Lesha Lloyd - averaging 8.4 points and 4.4 rebounds in seven career games against Florida State.
* April Parker - Had five rebounds in just nine minutes of play in earlier match-up.
* Sthefany Thomas - started game earlier this season; had two points and two rebounds.
* Kirstyn Wright - had three points, three assists, a block and a steal in January match-up.
