In 2008-09
• Played in 28 games during her rookie campaign
• Had 4.2 points per game for the highest score average in the freshman class with 2.5 rebounds per game
• Also ranked second on the team with a .448 field goal percentage
• Ended the year on a high note with a dominant performance in the first round of the 2009 ACC Tournament
• Posted 23 points for what is thought to be the most points scored by a freshman in program history
• Was 11-for-17 from the field in helping the Lady Tigers to their historic victory and led five double-figure scorers in the game; also had seven rebounds against Georgia Tech
• Her play earned her the start against North Carolina in the second round, the first of her collegiate career
