Earned All-America honors at the 2006 Junior Olympics in the 1500m...placed third at the state championships in 2006 in the 1600m...two-time team MVP in cross country and track...led team to West Lakes Division championship as a senior by winning the 800m and 1600m events...won regional championships in the 2006 mile and in the 800m in 2007...named conference MVP in 2007 after winning 800m and 1600m events...won 4x800m relay at the conference and regional level...competed with Team Michigan at the Midwest Meet of Champions in 2007...also played basketball and soccer at the junior varsity level...came to Clemson with personal bests of 1:53.90 (800m), 4:16.3 (1600m), and 9:48 (3200m).
