2006-07
Cross Country: Finished ninth at the Clemson Invitational, just missing scoring for the Tigers...had an 8K time of 26:47.2 at that meet...scored at the Greater Louisville Classic and Pre-Nationals...improved his time each race over the course of the season...ran with the Tiger team at ACCs but did not count towards the team score...did score as the Tigers' fifth-place finisher at regionals.
2005-06
Outdoor: Did not compete. Indoor: Competed in the 3000m for the Tigers...top time came at the Iowa State Classic, where he clocked an 8:44.79...ran 8:51.40 at the Notre Dame Invitational. Cross Country: Improved runner competed in all five events and scored in four...finished the year on a positive note, he was 69th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in a time of 32:02.8...finished 45th in 25:14.6 at the ACC Championships...that was a season-best 8K time for him...finished 45th and scored at the Great American Classic for the Tigers.
2004-2005
Outdoor: Recorded a time of 15:39.99 in the 5000m at the Clemson Invitational. Indoor: Had a season-best time of 8:48.54 in the 3000m at the Clemson Classic...recorded a time of 8:57.80 at the Clemson Invitational.
2003-04:
Outdoor: Posted a season-best time of 14:58.91 in the 5000m at the Spec Towns Invitational...also competed in the 5000m at the Clemson Invitational, recording a time of 15:15.86...ran anchor on the Tigers' 4x1500m relay team that posted a time of 16:19.31 at the Clemson Invitational. Indoor: Recorded a season-best time of 4:26.50 in the mile at the Kentucky Invitational...at the Clemson Invitatational, clocked a 4:29.15 in the mile run...competed in the 3000m at the Tiger Invitational, posting a time of 8:41.59. Cross Country: Ran a 27:52.39 at the Bulldog Stampede in his first collegiate cross country race...finished 19th at the Clemson Invitational/SC Collegiate Championships with a time of 26:02...earned all-state honors.
Harbor Creek High School Highlights
An all-state cross country selection in 2000, 2001 and 2002...a three-time 1600m and 3200m champion...has won the district championship in each of those events twice...placed ninth in the 2002 Pennsylvania state meet in the 3200m with a time of 9:31...the Harbor Creek High School record holder in the 1600m and 3200m...member of the record-holding 4x800m relay team...has personal-best times of 4:22.4 in the mile, 9:31 in the two-mile and 15:38 on the cross country course (5000m).
