CLEMSON, SC - Former Clemson standouts Nathan Thompson and Ryan Young are enjoying success on the pro circuit in Thailand.

Their most recent success came in the second week of September where Thompson finished in second place in the singles draw of a tournament. Young fell in the quarterfinals, but the duo teamed together to take the doubles title. This is the second title the pair has won.

Since leaving Clemson, Thompson has racked up eight Pro Circuit Futures titles in the countries of Canada, Thailand, and India. Thompson also has multiple finalist finishes during his short career.

Not long after leaving Clemson, Young has begun to have similar success. He has accumulated two Pro Circuit Futures doubles titles and five runner-up finishes in the countries of Thailand, USA, Uzbekistan, and India. Thompson and Young are currently in Thailand where they are training for their upcoming scheduled tournaments.

Thompson played at Clemson in 2002-05. He was a 2004 All-American in doubles and was named the 2005 ACC Player-of-the-Year. He was named All-ACC in 2004 and 2005.

Young played at Clemson in 2004-07, and he was named All-ACC in 2005 and 2007.
