SAN ANTONIO, TX-Clemson won five of the six singles matches and won the doubles point as the Tigers defeated Texas-San Antonio 6-1 in a men's intercollegiate tennis match at San Antonio Tuesday evening.

With the win, Clemson improves to 15-5 overall. The Tigers have won nine of their last 10 matches. Clemson's Sander Koning won his 17th match of the season with a 3-6, 6-0, 6-3 win over Dennis Andrade at number three singles.

In doubles, Clemson's number one duo of Nathan Thompson and Jarmaine Jenkins defeated Jonas Hoglund and Ricardo Almeida 8-4. The Tigers' Nathan Thompson and Jarmaine Jenkins have a 15-5 record this season.
