DURHAM, NC--Duke defeated Clemson 6-1 in a men's Atlantic Coast Conference tennis match at Durham, NC Friday.

With the win, Duke is now 8-12 overall and 5-5 in the ACC. Clemson falls to 15-18 overall, and 1-9 in league play.

Clemson's Kevin Fleck defeated Alex Stone at number five singles 5-7, 7-5, 7-6.

Clemson will play at North Carolina Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. in Chapel Hill, NC. This will be the last regular season match for Clemson Head Coach Chuck Kriese as he is retiring after the conclusion of the 2008 season. Kriese has coached at Clemson for 33 seasons.
