CLEMSON, SC--Clemson defeated UC Riverside 7-0 in a men's intercollegiate tennis match at Clemson, SC Tuesday afternoon.

With the win, Clemson improves to 20-6 overall. This marked the fifth season in a row that the Tigers have won 20 or more matches in a single season. UC Riverside falls to 9-6 this season.

Clemson Head Coach Chuck Kriese has won 659 career matches and is currently ranked in the top five for most wins for active coaches. Kriese is in his 32nd year at Clemson and has led his team to 20 or more victories in a single season 20 times.

The Tigers will play UNC Greensboro later this evening.

Clement Reix won his match at number one singles for the Tigers as he defeated Mark Contreras of UC Riverside 6-0, 6-0.
