Men's Tennis Downs Miami 5-2

Clemson, SC - The Clemson men's tennis team defeated the University of Miami Hurricane's 5-2 at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center Saturday afternoon. Brett Twente won the singles for Clemson with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Luis Manrique. Clement Reix and Ryan Cook won the doubles for Clemson 8-5 over the Hurricane's Ryan Walts and John Hoyes. Clemson will play host to North Carolina on Sunday afternoon (March 13) at 1:00 p.m. in another Atlantic Coast Conference match in the Tigers' next action. Singles 1. Nathan Thompson (CU) d.
