MOBILE, AL - Christian Thall won at number one singles and number two doubles in leading 20th ranked South Alabama to a 4-1 victory over 56th-ranked Clemson in a men's intercollegiate tennis match at Mobile, AL Saturday afternoon.

With the win the Jaguars improve to 8-5 overall, while Clemson drops to 7-5 this season.

South Alabama is now 5-0 at home this season and have won 29 straight on the Lubel Memorial Courts in Mobile, AL. Nathan Thompson won at number five singles over Clinton Jacobs 6-3, 6-3 in the Tigers' only win in singles.

The Tigers will play host to Florida State on Tuesday, March 12, at 2:00 pm in Clemson's next action.
