Sprengelmeyer Named to GTE Academic All-American Region III Team

CLEMSON, S.C. -- Clemson Men's Tennis Player Mitch Spregelmeyer (Florence, SC) was named to the GTE Academic All-District III Team Wednesday.

The team consists of springs sports other than baseball in District III. District III consists of Division I colleges and universities in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Sprengelmeyer is now eligible to be named to the National Academic All-American Team to be named in June.

Sprengelmeyer has a cumlative 3.56 GPR and is a management major.
