Final Stats

RALEIGH, NC-Ernesto Di Laudo scored early in the first overtime period to lead N.C. State to a 2-1 victory over Clemson in an Atlantic Coast Conference men's soccer match at Raleigh, NC Sunday afternoon.

N.C. State improves to 5-5-3 overall and 1-3-1 in the ACC. Clemson falls to 6-8-1 overall and 1-5 in league play.

Both teams scored early in the second half. N.C. State tallied in the 52nd minute as Orry Powers scored on an unassisted goal. It was his third goal of the season.

Clemson tied the scored in the 53rd minute (:48 seconds later) as Michael Brooks scored with an assist by Eric Cava. It was Brooks fourth goal of the year.

Di Laudo scored his third goal of the year and the game-winner at the 91:46 mark with an assist by Jorge Mora.
