CLEMSON, S.C.--Four different players scored one goal each as 10th-ranked Clemson registered a 4-0 win over Appalachian State in a men's intercollegiate soccer match at Clemson, SC Wednesday night. With the win, Clemson improves to 3-1, while Appalachian State falls to 2-3 this season. The Tigers are ranked 10th nationally by Soccer America.

Pablo Webster, Fabio Tambosi, Steven Rhyne, and Andy Heck all scored for the Tigers. Ross Goodacre assisted Fabio Tambosi on the Tigers' second goal. Goodacre has six assists this season and 19 for his career. Clemson outshot the Mountaineers 20-9. Clemson will play at Duke on Sunday, September 17, at 1:00 p.m. The series with Duke is tied 17-17-3.
