Strength All-American 2003 - The National Strength & Conditioning Association All-American Athlete of the Year program recognizes those collegiate athletes whose athletic accomplishments, in the opinion of the strength coach, reflect dedication to strngth and conditioning. This year's recipient joins 23 former Tiger strength All-Americans. This year there were two players that deserved such distinction.
Offensive Tackle: Gregory Walker
Linebacker: John Leake

Dedication Award - Tiger football player whose committment, work ethic, and leadership in the weight room serves as an example to other players. This year, the team voted two players as the 2003 Dedication Award winners:

Three permanent captains were selected by a vote of their teammates based on their leadership skills.
