Position:
Video Graduate Assistant - Defense

Responsibilities: Graduate assistant who will work with the Clemson Offense with a primary emphasis on Tight Ends. Added responsibility of coaching the punt and kick off return specialists on the special teams.

Playing Experience: Three year starter on the Offensive line at Valdosta State who lettered from 1996-98. VSU won the Gulf South Conference title in 1996.

Coaching Experience:

Graduate/Student assistant offensive line coach at Valdosta State from 1998-01
- Helped lead the Blazers to the Gulf South Conference title in 2000
- Line protected quarterback Dusty Bonner who went on to win the Harlon Hill Trophy (NCAA Division II Heisman Trophy) in 2000

Tight ends and running backs coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University (NC) in 2001-02

Running game coordinator and offensive line coach at Austin Peay University in 2002-03
- Run game gained over 2000 yards on the season, while also producing the top rusher and 1st Team All American in NCAA Division I-AA football (Jay Bailey-1689 yards and 18 TD's).

Recruiting coordinator and offensive line coach at Chowan in 2003-04
- Finished as a finalist for the NCAA Division III Assistant Coach of the Year Award

Assistant head coach, offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach, running backs coach, and wide receivers coach at Hargrave Military Academy Post Graduate from 2004-06
- Helped recruit and produce over 125 players that went on to sign and participate in NCAA Division I-A football, including current Clemson Tigers DeAndre McDaniel and Miguel Chavis.

- Brandon Albert (NFL, 1st Round Draft Pick (15th overall), Kansas City Chiefs, 2008)
- Jarod Gaither (NFL, 5th Round Supplemental Draft Pick, Baltimore Ravens, 2007)
- Jeremy Phillips (NFL, Free Agent, St. Louis Rams, 2002)

Education: Earned a degree in education from Valdosta State in 2001. Currently pursuing a Master's in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson.

Personal: Born January 23, 1978 in New Brunswick, NJ...married to the former Heather Daniels.
