Clemson guard Vernon Hamilton has been named to the Collegeinsider.com Defensive All-America Team. The Richmond, VA native established Clemson's single-season and career record for steals in 2005-06.
The collegeinsider.com Defensive All-America team is one twenty-one-man team, rather than compiling a first, second, third and honorable mention. Division I coaches are involved in the selection process, but final decision rests with the collegeinsider.com senior staff.
