  • Tonight was the first start of the year for Clemson forward Sam Perry. He scored five points and had two rebounds to go with two steals in 16 minutes. He scored Clemson's first field goal of the game.
  • Trevor Booker made the start tonight after missing the last 34 minutes of the Miami (FL) game last Sunday with an ankle injury. He made his first four shots from the field tonight and finished with 10 points and seven rebounds, including six offensive rebounds. He has now started 57 consecutive games.
  • David Potter scored 11 points, including nine in the second half when he made 3-3 on three-point shots. It was his high scoring game since he scored 11 against East Carolina on December 5. It was his fourth double figure scoring game of the year, the third time he has scored exactly 11.
  • Clemson made 9-10 free throws this evening for a season high 90 percent from the foul line as a team. Clemson has now made 24 of its last 30 from the line over two games, 80 percent. It is the first time all year Clemson has made at least 75 percent from the line in consecutive games this year.
  • Boston College made 51 percent of its field goals tonight. It marked the first time this year Clemson gave up 50 percent field goal shooting, yet won the game.
  • Clemson had a 30-9 advantage in points off turnovers and had a +11 turnover margin.
  • Cliff Hammonds had five steals in this game to go over the 200 mark for his career. He now has 204 and is just the sixth player in ACC history with at least 1200 points, four rebounds, 400 assists and 200 steals.
  • Clemson has now committed just nine turnovers in consecutive games, tying for its season low in that category.
  • Clemson is now 5-3 against Boston College lifetime, including 3-0 at Littlejohn Coliseum. The home team has won six straight in the series. All of Clemson's five wins over Boston College have been by at least double digits and four of the five have been by at least 20 points.
