Will Roberson is in his first season as a graduate assistant with the Clemson men's basketball program. Roberson comes to Tigertown after serving one year as head basketball coach at Frederica Academy in St. Simons Island, GA. Prior to that, spent three seasons as the director of basketball operations for Davidson College.

At Davidson, he was responsible for many administrative functions for the men's basketball program. He scouted opponents, designed recruiting mail-outs, handled travel arrangements and film exchange, served as academic advisor to the players, and supervised the manager staff. He also served as co-director of Head Coach Bob McKillop's basketball camp in the summers.

While at Davidson, the Wildcats posted an overall record of 57-31 (38-10 in Southern Conference games). Roberson helped the team to three straight SoCon regular season titles. In 2005-06, Davidson went 16-0 in conference play and advanced to the third round of the National Invitation Tournament.

Roberson also served as head manager at Davidson from 1998-2002. His duties included practice and game-day preparation, assisting with travel and film exchange, recruiting mail-outs, and daily office tasks. Davidson's 2001-02 team advanced to the NCAA Tournament. He also was editor of the Wildcat Report, a monthly newsletter put out by the men's basketball department.

At Frederica Academy, he was responsible for the oversight of the basketball program. He led the varsity boys' basketball team to a third-place finish in GISA Region 2-AA. He also directed the Junior Knight Basketball Camp in the summers of 2005 and 2006, before heading to Clemson.

Roberson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Davidson in May, 2002.
