2001: Appeared in 50 games and started 25 in either the outfield or as the designated hitter...drove in two runs and scored two runs against Oregon State in his first collegiate start...batted 3-for-4 with two RBIs and three runs scored in a 9-6 win over Maryland...went 2-for-3 with two runs scored against Wofford...batted 4-for-5 with three RBIs and three runs scored in a 13-0 win over New York Tech...went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a 17-1 victory over Virginia; came through with the game-winning RBI as a pinch-hitter one day later against the Cavaliers, hitting a two-strike, two-out single in the bottom of the ninth to lead Clemson to a 5-4 win...started Clemson's first game in the Regional against William & Mary and played in the regional-clinching win against Seton Hall...had a pinch-hit in game two of the Super Regional at Miami (FL).
