Showed solid improvement as a junior...finished 91st at Notre Dame with a personal best 8000m time of 25:29...had a consistent 25:32 the following event at the Pre-NCAA Championships...competed at ACCs but did not score...competed well at regionals, where he was 59th overall with a time of 31:44.80.

Finished third at the Clemson Invitational with a time of 26:02...season-best 8K effort came at Louisville, where he crossed the finish line in 25:50.
