2007
Finished 23rd at the ACC Championships, far better than his 42nd-place effort the previous year at the same course...finished 102nd at the Pre-Nationals meet against strong competition...posted his best-ever 8K time of 24:40 at that meet...finished 53rd at the Notre Dame Invitational...all of his 8K times were under 25 minutes... finished 53rd at the Notre Dame Invitational...ran well at the Southeast Region Championships, he was 35th in a time of 31:10.65, which was easily a personal best 10K effort.
2006
Won the individual title at the Clemson Invitational and helped the Tigers to their fifth straight team championship in the event...named ACC Performer of the Week for his efforts...his 8K time in that race was 25:54.3...scored at Greater Louisville Classic, then broke the 25:00 mark at Pre-Nationals...scored for Tigers at ACCs with 42nd-place finish...finished 41st at regionals, the #3 finisher for Clemson at that event.
2005
First-year freshman competed in four out of five events for the Tigers, including the ACC Championship...scored for the Tigers at the Great American Classic, finishing 50th overall...best 8K time of the year came in the ACC Championships at 25:29.2...finished 21st at the Clemson Invitational.
