CLEMSON, SC - Both the Clemson men's and women's swimming and diving teams are ranked nationally for academic achievement for the last academic year as announced by collegeswimming.com.
The Clemson women's swimming and diving team had a cumulative 3.390 GPA for the 2006-07 academic year. This GPA is ranked 22nd nationally among schools that sponsor women's swimming and diving. The Tiger men had a cumulative 3.030 GPA and are ranked 49th among schools that sponsor men's swimming and diving in the United States for the best GPA. The GPA is the ratio based on a 4.00 scale.
The Clemson men's and women's swimming and diving teams have been recognized for several years with this honor.
