Senior Craig Thomas is one of two divers that will represent the Tigers at the 2003 NCAA Zone B Diving Regional this weekend in Auburn, AL.

CLEMSON, SC - Divers Eric Shulick and Craig Thomas will represent Clemson at the 2003 NCAA Zone B Diving Regional in Auburn, AL on Mar. 14-16. The meet will be held at the Martin Aquatics Center on Auburn's campus and will begin on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with the men's one-meter competition.

Shulick, a sophomore from Naugatuck, CT, finished in second place in the one-meter competition at the 2003 ACC Championships, scoring a career-high 315.05 points and being named to the 2003 All-ACC team. He also posted an 11th-place finish in the three-meter at the meet. Shulick recorded a career-high score in the three-meter (280.57 points) earlier this season in a dual meet against South Carolina.

Thomas, a senior from Maryville, TN, placed third in the three-meter diving event at the ACC Championships with 533.35 total points. Thomas finished fifth overall in the one-meter competition with 288.85 points and was also a member of the 2003 All-ACC team. Thomas competed for the Tigers at the 2002 Zone B Diving Regional, finishing 17th in the three-meter (465.35 points) and 19th in the one-meter (265.6 points).
