The men's and women's swimming and diving teams will go on the road for two meet this week. First, they will travel to Davidson, NC for a dual meet with the Wildcats at 6 p.m. on Thursday. On Saturday, the Tigers will head to Raleigh to take on the NC State Wolfpack in league action at 11 a.m.

The women are coming off of a win against Rutgers and a loss to #10 UNC on January 12. They currently sit at 4-6 overall, 1-4 ACC. The men are 7-2, 3-2 ACC, with both losses to nationally ranked opponents.

The Tigers are led by Juniors Rachel Regone and Michelle Parkhurst. Regone is undefeated in the 50 free this season and is second in the ACC in the 100 free. Parkhurst is among the league leaders in several events, most notably the 100 and 200 back.

On the men's side, Seniors Mark Vahle, Matt Balderston, Adam Farnham, and Attila Ruszka will lead the Tigers against but North Carolina foes. Each is near the top of the ACC in their respective events.

The Tigers will wrap up their dual meet season at home on January 26 and February 2, with meets against Florida State and Duke, before heading to Atlanta for the ACC Championships.
