COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Kim Cober and Kim Routh competed at the 2004 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships on Saturday in College Station, TX. Routh scored two points in the 1500m free to help the Tigers finish in a tie for 39th-place at the national meet held at the Student Rec Center Natatorium on the campus of Texas A&M. She was named an Honorable Mention All-American for her performance in the event.

Routh finished 15th overall in the 1500m free, scoring two points in the event for the Tigers. The sophomore from Sandusky, OH posted a time of 16:15.19 in the event. Cober, a senior from Greensboro, NC, finished the 1500m free with a time of 16:48.28 for a 37th-place overall finish.

Men's swimmer Mark Henly will represent the Tigers at the 2004 Men's Swimming & Diving Championships on March 25-27. The men's national meet will be held in Long Island, NY.
