BOCA RATON, FL - The Clemson Men's and Women's Swimming teams defeated the Florida Atlantic Owls Thursday in a meet that was shortened significantly due to the weather. The outdoor meet at FAU Pool saw temperatures drop below 50 degrees during the meet.

The men won 38-16, while the women prevailed 39-15.The men improved their mark to 7-1 (3-1 ACC), while the women have won two dual meets in a row and sit at 3-5 (1-3 ACC).

Head Coach Chris Ip said, "It was a good meet outdoors. We got a chance to see our team's character in unusual conditions, and I think we responded well. It was really cold out there, and the swimmers had to stay in the water to stay warm."
