2006-07: Claimed a pair of top-20 finishes at the ACC Championships in the 500 freestyle (4:31.75) and 1650 freestyle (15:50.44)...Also placed 22nd in the 400 IM with a season best time 4:04.25...Versus South Carolina, placed second in the 1000 freestyle with a season best time of 9:30.39...At the 2006 Nike Cup, finished 14th in the 1650 freestyle (16:03.84), was a member of the 17th place 800 freestyle relay (7:06.86), and swam in the preliminary heats of the 400 IM (4:14.11), and 500 freestyle (4:41.44)...In the second half of the year, outlasted the competition in the 1000 freestyle against Florida Atlantic (9:45.99) and Duke (9:41.13).
2005-06: Turned in three season best times at the Nike Cup in the 200 freestyle (1:44.42), 1650 freestyle (15:34.30), and 400 IM (4:01.59)...Placed second in the 1650 freestyle, eighth in the 200 freestyle, 13th in the 400 IM, and eighth in the 500 freestyle (4:31.62) at the meet...Won the 1000 freestyle (9:33.96) and placed sixth in the 500 freestyle (4:44.87) against Virginia Tech...Versus South Carolina, won the 1000 freestyle with a season best time of 9:22.30, and took second in the 500 freestyle (4:38.84)...Took home two wins in the 1000 freestyle (9:26.73) and 500 freestyle (4:36.82) against Georgia Tech...In a meet at N.C. State, placed second in the 500 freestyle (4:38.85), and third in the 1650 freestyle (16:06.79)...At the ACC Championships, finished 12th in the 1650 freestyle (15:54.01), 18th in the 500 freestyle with a season best time of 4:30.89, and swam in the preliminary heats of the 400 IM (4:05.79).
2004-2005: Won events at three different meets during his freshman season...took the top spot in the 1000 free with a time of 9:37.68 against Duke and College of Charleston in the second meet of the season...earned second place against Georgia in the 1000 free recording a time of 9:26.18...swam in three event finals at the Nike Cup, finishing in second place in the 1650 free (15:32.73), taking 11th place in the 500 free (4:30.54), and earning a 19th-place finish in the 400 IM (4:05.37)...was victorious in the 1000 free at the FAU Winter Invitational...recorded a fifth-place finish in the 500 free at the same meet...earned two third-place finishes against Georgia Tech, including a Clemson season-best time of 9:22.87 in the 1000 free...recorded two more third-place finishes in the 1000 free and the 500 free against North Carolina State...was a member of the winning 400 medley relay team in a meet with Davidson...also finished in third place in the 400 IM with a time of 4:12.80 in the same meet...swam in two event finals at the ACC Championships, finishing in 12th place in the 1650 with a time of 15:38.10 and earned a 14th-place finish in the 500 free recording a time of 4:28.13, his career best time.
