Clemson's Cydonie Mothersill Named ACC Performer of the Week

CLEMSON, S.C. - Clemson senior Cydonie Mothersill was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week for her efforts at the Sea Ray Relays held in Knoxville, TN last weekend.

Mothersill recorded an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 22.67 in the 200m, the top ACC performance this season and the top time in the nation. Mothersill was also a member of Clemson's 4x400m relay team that posted an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 3:33.39, also the fastest time in the ACC this season and a top-five time in the nation.

The Clemson women's track and field team will compete at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships this weekend at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, FL.
