Reggie Simpkins began his employment with Vickery Hall in December of 2007 as Athletic Academic Advisor to the men's track and field team and the career services coordinator for student-athletes.
Before coming to Clemson University, he was employed with the South Carolina Department of Probation Parole and Pardon services for three years. Reggie started at Clemson University in September 2004, as a career counselor in the Michelin Career Center. While at the career center, Reggie moved into the position of Assistant Director of Career Development, where he provided career counseling for students and facilitated outreach workshops and presentations for classes and student organizations.
Reggie received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from South Carolina State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Webster University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Clemson University.
Reggie is married to Crystal Simpkins and they have one daughter, Isley.
