Helen Bailey Hemmer joined the Vickery Hall staff in August of 2006 as a Learning Specialist with the ROAR program. Prior to taking the position at Clemson, she taught tenth and twelfth grade English at Woodmont High School in Greenville, South Carolina.
Helen was born in Manchester, England, and graduated high school from Bethlehem Central High School in Delmar, New York. She received a Bachelor of Art's degree in Secondary Education - English from Clemson University in 2003, and received a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education - Student Affairs from Clemson in 2006.
She was recently married to now husband, Jason Hemmer.
