Triple
E
The study hall program at Vickery Hall is called Triple E. The Student-Athlete Enrichment Programs’ comprehensive academic achievement plan embodies the concept of Engage, Enrich, and Empower (Triple E). Triple E’s mission is to actively engage all student-athletes academically, to positively enrich student-athletes’ learning experience, and to empower all student-athletes to become independent life-long learners armed with a Clemson University degree.
Engage
- Student-athletes will have opportunities to participate in an active learning environment.
- Student-athletes will meet with athletic academic advisors to articulate/develop weekly study plans.
- Student-athletes will be able to connect effective academic effort with achieving the ultimate goal of graduation.
Enrich
- Trained tutors and mentors will conduct sessions to enhance classroom learning and achievement.
- Mentors may be assigned by their athletic academic advisor to support classroom instruction.
Empower
- Student-athletes will gain knowledge and confidence for success as life-long learners.
The following guidelines are the requirements for a student-athlete to be in the Triple E program.
