2008 IPTAY Seat Equity Plan
In 2008, Clemson University will begin using the new, IPTAY Board approved IPTAY Seat Equity Plan to align the premier seating locations in Clemson Memorial Stadium with specific IPTAY giving levels. The new seating plan will create a fair and equitable system for all IPTAY Donors while reaffirming its commitment to its goal of providing exceptional scholarship opportunities for student-athletes.
It is important to note that Memorial Stadium is not being reseated! IPTAY Donors will be given the first opportunity to maintain their current seats.
In the extremely competitive realm of college athletics, it is important for Clemson University to ensure that IPTAY and our Donors are doing everything possible to help Clemson reach its competitive and academic goals. The IPTAY Seat Equity Plan is essential for the future of IPTAY. Clemson is the only school in the Top 20 Division I attendance leaders who has not yet implemented some type of seating program. Maximizing the power of IPTAY is critical to the Clemson Athletic Program because IPTAY is responsible for the educational expenses of all its student-athletes, the maintenance of Vickery Hall, the center of Clemson's student-athlete academic and enrichment program, as well as the operations of IPTAY.
