Hammonds and Jobe were two of the three student-athletes who won the Cecil Huey Award. Men's Swimmer Matt Balderston also won the honor, which is given to graduating student-athletes who demonstrate academic and athletic achievement while adhering to high ethical standards.

Two Clemson football players, Jamarcus Grant and Rashaad Jackson, were recipients of the Academic Achievement Award. This award is given to student-athletes who have made a significant and consistent improvement over their academic career.
