Prior to contacting a Clemson student-athlete, it is mandatory that all agents register with the state of South Carolina. After registering with the state, agents must complete Clemson's Agent Registration forms. Once this process is completed correctly, Compliance Services will review and notify agents by mail to inform them whether they have been approved.
